By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any service from StarLuxeLash, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated here. Clients must be at least 16 years old. Minors must have parental consent, provide accurate information and follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions. All appointments will require a non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance is due at the time of service; prices may change at any time without notice. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment; late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit or a full service charge and repeated violations will lead to refusal of future appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including health concerns, contraindications, poor hygiene, inappropriate behavior or failure to follow policies. By booking, you confirm that you do not have any infections, irritations or conditions that may interfere with the service and that you have disclosed all allergies and sensitivities. Results vary depending on natural lash type, lifestyle and aftercare; therefore, we do not offer refunds on services, deposits or opened products. If an issue arises, clients must notify us within 48 hours for a possible complementary touch-up at the artist’s discretion. Personal information collected through booking or contact forms is used solely for communication and scheduling purposes and will not be sold or shared. Continued use of this site or booking through our system constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
